At Integrated Martial Arts Center, (IMAC) we strive to bring out the greatness found in everyone. Martial Arts helps us find a self discipline that transcends into many other aspects of our lives. Through hard work and dedication we gain greater awareness of our surrounding. Learning to protect ourselves and our loved ones is an unfortunate but vital ability to have in today's world.

Integrated Martial Arts isn’t just a ‘karate club’ – it’s FAMILY!  Every member counts!  We’re there for each other and always aim to support and respect each other.

Our classes are very dynamic, always changing and challenging students to think, practice, and improve coordination, as well as physical and character development skills. Our reward system encourages kids and teens to be proactive and responsible towards tasks, and we are always looking forward to building great relationships with our students and parents so we can better assist them in achieving their future goals.

Integrated Martial arts is conveniently located in Medford NY in the same as where 112 Dollar Tree is Locates. Our program is available for kids starting from  4 years old and up, and classes are divided according to age and level. Our schedule offers flexibility on times and our classes are held Monday through Saturday.
