At the Glens Falls Karate Academy, we teach all of our students to be safe using a common sense approach to avoiding and de-escalating conflict by using awareness techniques and verbal resolution skills. However, should you ever be forced to defend yourself or your family, you will be armed by a curriculum of traditional Okinawan karate and modern self-defense techniques and tactics designed to help you act swiftly while remaining confident and under control. Every program is taught with age appropriate curriculum and focuses on remaining safe.
